Oh question… do the multivitamin gummies have too much sugar?
how much sugar do they have in total? usually around 10g or less is approved by pouch, but mine maxes right now at about 7 - 8g so I have to be more careful…
its really guess and check, to be honest.

Nope. I have those kind but a different brand…I dont think the docs are concerned with the sugar as they are you getting the benefit of the multivitamin
