Soooo Heres A RANT!!!!
im am going to rant because i need to!!!!! and i know you guys wont judge me. 267.9 you see that number !!! i despise that number!!! i have been stuck on a plato for 4 days now!!!! 267.9, that number wont budge!!! i have been following my diet perfectly and doing exactly what the doctors tell me too. I have even been doing pretty good workouts these past few days but nooooo that freakin number wont budge. I guess im just frustrated, i feel like im trying so hard yet the numbers arent budgin’.
sometimes your body needs time to catch up!! you’ll notice now your skin will start shrinking during these plateaus… if it didn;t happen we’d have an even worse skin issue!! measure your inches and trust me, i bet they’re going down… slowly but surely, even if the weight is staying the same!!! :)
